Cemu can run the WiiU version of the Breath of the Wild with some major graphical improvemts, like upscaling to native 4K output, improved shading, 60 frames per second refresh rate etc, so it may look better than on the regular WiiU and even the Switch, but it is still WiiU version of the game that the emulator is running underneath all.
